Financial Options

For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We offer a payment plan through CareCredit. We make every effort to keep down the cost of your oral surgical care. An estimate of the charge for any procedure or surgery you may require will be given to you upon request after the doctor has had an opportunity to view an x-ray.

If you have any dental or medical insurance we will file the claim as a courtesy to you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. A statement will be mailed to you if a balance remains. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
